Building Hope in Jamaica: Leona’s Kings and Queens Partners with Imagine More to Support a Single Mother

Leona’s Kings and Queens is honored to highlight a powerful partnership with Imagine More, an organization dedicated to strengthening communities through service-driven action. Together, our teams united around a shared mission: to build a safe and stable home for a single mother in Jamaica who needed reliable housing for herself and her family. What began as a vision rooted in compassion became a tangible reminder of what collective impact can achieve.

The project brought together volunteers, community members, and supporters who worked side by side to construct a home that represents more than shelter. It symbolizes security, dignity, and the promise of a brighter future. For the family receiving the home, this effort removed a significant burden and opened the door to new opportunities. For our organizations, it reinforced the belief that meaningful change begins with listening to community needs and responding with action.

Throughout the build, the synergy between Leona’s Kings and Queens and Imagine More was clear. Both organizations believe in creating pathways for families to thrive and in showing up with integrity and intention. This project not only strengthened our partnership but also demonstrated the power of service when people come together with a shared purpose.

We are grateful to Imagine More for their leadership and for the chance to collaborate on such a transformative initiative. As we continue our work, we remain committed to uplifting families, investing in communities, and expanding opportunities for those who need it most. This home in Jamaica is one example of what can happen when compassion is matched with action and partnership.
