LKQ Partners with Imagine More Academy to Build a Home
Leona’s Kings and Queens is proud to celebrate a transformative partnership with Imagine More Academy and Generosity People, joining together to provide safe and secure housing for a single mother in Jamaica. This collaborative effort brought community leaders, volunteers, and supporters from Jamaica together to construct a new home that offers stability, dignity, and hope. The project reflects our shared commitment to uplifting families and creating lasting change through compassion-driven action. We are honored to stand with Imagine More in demonstrating what is possible when organizations work together to empower those who need it most, and we look forward to continuing this meaningful work.

Featured: Scholarship Winner
Congratulations to Jacyn Smith for winning the 2025 LKQ Scholarship! She began creating care packages for unhoused individuals in her community, using her own resources to offer essentials and handwritten notes of encouragement. Through this effort, she learned the strength of empathy in action and the power of serving with compassion. The experience shaped her belief that every person deserves dignity and recognition. As she pursues a career in family law, she plans to continue advocating for those who are often overlooked or unheard.

“Change will not come if we wait for some other person, or if we wait for some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.”
